This dish...mannnn this dish...I don't even know where to begin because its just soooo good. I had my brother (a major food critic in his opinion) try it, and now I make it AT LEAST once a week. The flavors in this dish will make your tastebuds sing. Thai all the way ya'll!!!
The Chicken:

1. Sauté fresh garlic, green chilis, and red onion in a little oil for about 1-2 two minutes on medium heat, add in a pinch of salt
2. Add 1lb of ground chicken and cook till chicken is whitish brown
3. Add in "The Sauce" (recipe below)
4. Add in one cup fresh basil and stir for 1-2 minutes
The Sauce:
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- Top off with 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce (for spice)
The Rice:
- I used sushi rice but you can use any glutinous rice
- Clean at least twice of till excess starch is removed
- 1:1 ratio - 1.5 cups rice to 1.5 cups water and add to instant pot
- Click rice function on instant pot and allow for natural release
- Scoop rice into 1 cup sized bowl, mold rice into bowl, turn bowl upside down and allow for rice ball to fall on plate
