Quinoa Salad with Fried Egg

When I go on my health grinds, quinoa becomes my best friend. This salad is so fresh and so simple that you'll want to eat it for all your lunches. And of course, with my obsession with eggs, I had to throw a fried one on top!
What you'll need:

- Quinoa
- Red onion
- Tomato
- Cucumber
- Corn
- Black beans
- Chickpeas
- Greek dressing
- Lime
- Egg
- Salt
- Cilantro
Steps:
1. Boil quinoa for 12 min till flurry (2 cup water for 1 one cup quinoa)
2. Prepare/cut veggies
3. Mix quinoa and veggies and add greek dressing (usually 2 tbsp but correct based on how much dressing you like) and a dash of salt
4. Squeeze 1/2 to a 1 lime
5. Fry egg with salt and pepper and place on top of salad
6. Garnish with cilantro
