Italian Style Brown Rice

Tonight was air fryer chicken parm and pasta night for the brother and me. However, mom told us that its lasagna night tomorrow because my grandma was craving it. As a result, I wasn't incline to eat pasta two nights in a row so I decided to try something new and so the Italian Style Brown Rice recipe was born (or rather constructed on spot) and it was DAMN GOOD! Definitely one for the books, or this website if you will hehe
What you'll need:

- Broccoli
- Red pepper
- Mushroom
- Brown Rice (1 cup uncooked)
- Roasted garlic
- Seasonings (1 tsp of each): onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and red chili flakes
- Marinara sauce (or your choice but I would refrain from using the chunky kind)
- Grated parmesan
Steps:
1. Sauté veggies in oil and roasted garlic
2. Add rice (cook beforehand or use ready made brown rice) and mix for 1-2 minutes
3. Add all seasonings and mix for another 30 seconds
4. Add 1/2 cup of marinara sauce and mix on medium heat for a few minutes
5. Top off with grated parmesan cheese
How to roast a garlic...USE AN AIR FRYER!
1. Take a small sized garlic head and cut off the top so all the garlic is exposed
2. Add some oil salt and pepper to the top of the garlic head
3. Place garlic in a foil and wrap it
4. Preheat air fryer to 380 degrees and once ready, place garlic in and roast for 20 minutes
