Desi Style Egg Frittata

Andddd another egg recipe coming your way! Egg frittatas are a great way to add a different texture to your egg eating experience. I do think the basic egg frittata is a bit bland for my taste so I decided to Indian it up with spices and veggies. My father said "this is the best egg frittata I've ever had in my life" so just out here hoping to change your life too!


What you'll need:

- 8 eggs

- Red onion

- Green Chilis

- Red pepper

- Mushroom

- Spinach

- Fresh garlic

- Fresh ginger

- Seasonings: salt, pepper, red chili powder, egg masala


Steps:

1. Chop up veggies and sauté in oil, ginger, and garlic, add a dash of salt

2. In a separate bowl, crack and beat 8 eggs and add about 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1.5 tsp red chili powder, 2 tsp egg masala

3. Add sautéed veggies to the eggs and pour frittata mix into a square baking dish (8in x 8in)

4. Place baking dish into the oven and cook for 25 minutes at 400 degrees
