Air Fryer Tofu and Sriracha Sauce

I personally think the air fryer is a godsend. You can literally throw anything that requires crisp in there without the use of any oil! I love tofu and so for a quick and light lunch, I cooked some up with a side of sriracha sauce and it was beyond satisfying!
Air Fryer Tofu:

- Press tofu for 30 min
- Cut tofu into cubes and toss in a little oil and cornstarch
- Toss tofu in dry rub: paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper
- Place in air fryer at 390 degrees for 13 mins, shake every 5 min
Sriracha sauce:
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1 tbsp Sriracha hot sauce
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp garlic powder
