Healthy Egg Salad

Back again with yet another egg dish. I LOVE egg salad but never liked how much mayo was involved in making the traditional salad. So, like many other bloggers do, I substituted mayo for greek yogurt and it was JUST AS YUM and the best part, I didn't feel guilty eating it afterwards. Check it out!


What you'll need:

- 3 boiled eggs

- 1/4 cup greek yogurt

- 1/2 tbsp dill

- 1 tbsp green onion

- 1/8 tsp garlic powder

- 1/4 tsp salt

- 1/8 tsp pepper

- 1/4 tsp red chili flakes (always about that spice)

- 2 slices of bread


Steps:

1. Boil eggs for about 10 minutes

2. Create yogurt mixture using all the ingredients above

3. Once eggs are cooked, peel, cut into fourths, add to yogurt mixture and mix in the eggs

4. Add egg salad to two slices of toasted bread
